Lana O’Rourke

As a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, my work supports students in truly healing and transforming their lives from the inside out. I take a holistic approach—looking beyond symptoms to uncover and address the root causes. This deep, intentional work leads to profound restoration, renewed self-connection, and meaningful reconnection with others. The results are not just life-changing—they’re lasting.

When clients first come to me, they often believe their issues are surface-level—something a pill, surgery, or temporary fix can solve. And while those options may have offered short-term relief, the deeper issues persist: recurring pain, chronic injuries, emotional exhaustion, mental stress, and a feeling of being stuck in a cycle.

The truth is, physical symptoms are often a reflection of unresolved inner tension.

No medication or operation can permanently correct poor posture, muscular imbalances, or misalignment caused by inactive muscles or stagnant energy. And no prescription can heal the emotional wounds of unprocessed childhood trauma, grief, divorce, abuse, or loss.

In our work together, I guide clients through a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through dedicated self-care, they learn to cultivate discipline, build healthy habits, and create nurturing routines. I offer tools like trauma-informed yoga therapy, meditation, breathwork, journaling, affirmations, and holistic wellness practices to support them in living vibrant, empowered lives—right now.

Investing in yourself is always worth it.
